Refund policy
Standard Products:
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59). This applies to standard posters without any personal customization. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@sillystroke.com with your order number.
Return Shipping:
If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom-Made Products:
Posters that are customized (e.g., with personal text, images, or specific design requests) are made exclusively for you and are exempt from the right of withdrawal according to the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@sillystroke.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost. In these cases, we cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-printed posters with personal customization
- Gift cards
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
